The location was great, close to expressways making for efficient route planning. The housekeeping services were excellent. We used the bistro three times and found the staff very pleasant and accommodating. We had a main floor room looking into the courtyard. It was quiet at night.

Location near the Bruce Trail, retail outlets, and Lake gave us a lot of options; fridge in room was handy; Starbucks coffee ! in lobby; hot tub was quiet haven; fitness room offered a lot of equipment and was accessible when we wanted to use it

I answered this survey before and its the same thing the carpet was sticky. The bed was smaller than a king size bed, which is 76 inches. It smells musty to me. I wouldnt recommend it. It definitely needs updates.

The hotel itself is pretty good. The room is big and clean. We only stayed for one night and left really early the next morning, didnt have a chance to explore the hotel.
